I’m a New England girl at heart. You can find me on the beach in the summer, or wrapped up in a cozy blanket watching football in the fall (Go Patriots!).
I’m a big believer in balance and that health and wellness are for everybody. I share simple plant based recipes, organizing and productivity hacks, and motivational tips to inspire personal growth.
I created Life Simply Put to share my own journey in wellness and personal growth and create content that brings the idea of wellness into everyday life.
